This 49,000 sf facility was recently completed and included a steel frame with brick exterior. This fully air conditioned, one story structure contains residential housing wings, classrooms, a cafeteria along with a first class gymnasium, adjoining tennis courts and exterior exercise yards. Site work included excavation and re-grading, entry road, parking for 45 cars, outdoor recreation areas, and utility hook-ups. This project was LEED certified at a silver level and won the 2008 Study, Design and Construction award.
