This 100,000 sf gut and renovation project completed in 16 months featured a full scale gymnasium with dedicated locker facilities, wood flooring, retractable bleachers, 6 basketball hoops and a mechanical dividing wall. A new state of the art kitchen and cafeteria was installed. The existing auditorium was restored including the complete refurbishment of the auditorium style seating including wood refinishing and new upholstery.

Designated science and art facilities were also added as well as new classrooms and administrative spaces. New MEP systems were installed along with new windows, doors and a new roofing system. The brand new state of the art kitchen required intense coordination.
